What a gift code is
A gift code is a string of letters and numbers released by the platform for a promotion — a festival, a milestone or a thank-you to active players. When you type it into the redeem field while signed in, the platform checks it against its own records and, if it is valid for your account, credits the reward. The check happens on the platform's servers, which is why nobody outside the platform can create or “unlock” a working code.

- “Gift code generator” sites and apps — they cannot work; they collect your login or push you to install a harmful apk.
- Paid codes — official codes are free. Anyone charging for one is selling nothing.
- “Send your OTP to receive the code” — an OTP opens your account. Never share it with anyone.
